How does the EVERYWOMAN programme work?

If you feel this programme is for you, we will take you through our unique screening process. It’s extensive and thorough but this ensures you get the help you deserve and need because we fully understand your health journey and what you hope to achieve.

The first week of your course week takes you through the basics of the programme with our breath and pelvic floor work and our pelvic floor education. Yo will also collect your kit and your login details for the HCR Online Platform.

The following 6 weeks of the programme use the breath and pelvic floor work as a foundation on which to build wide range of Functional Exercise and movement patterns. This is combined with supportive nutrition, breath work and Self-Care/Lifestyle Revision – overall, a deep and precious gift that every woman deserves and needs in her lifetime.

As well as your weekly meeting with your Coach, you are also deeply supported by the online homework that you access via our state-of-the-art homework portal where you journey through a weekly-progressed workout led by programme creator Jenny Burrell and are further supported by your Coach. You have ETERNAL ACCESS to this portal once your programme is complete so indeed, this programme truly is a gift that keeps on giving.

How this programme gets RESULTS!
Most of us are familiar with the Kegel, the short squeeze and lift exercises we did after childbirth. They are a start, but they are NOT the whole story. Your Pelvic Floor does not exist in isolation it is key member of the team of muscle known as your core unit. This unit should be integrated with the movement of your body and your breath.
To get your Pelvic Floor and Core to work as it was designed to, we need to re-connect it and get it working again with both breath and movement, so that it becomes a unconscious part of your daily movement.
This programme targets both the CONSCIOUS activation of the Pelvic Floor and Core (the deliberate squeeze and lift) as well as UNCONSCIOUS activation through movement and breath. This two pronged and functional approach gets results. It gets your body ready for the demands of your daily life and gives you the tools and education to care for yourself in the future.
